C.A.R.E. Mission Statement

In a cooperative effort of the Court, Probation Office, Federal Public Defender’s Office, and the U.S.

Attorney’s Office, we are committed to providing an alternative court program for individuals on

federal supervision. Court Assisted Recovery Effort (C.A.R.E.) will offer a creative blend of

treatment and sanction alternatives to effectively address offender behavior and rehabilitation, as

well as the safety of our communities.
